  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order cost.
  • Orders $50.00 and above qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $50.00 have a base fee of $10.
  • Free shipping may be available for select products or promotions.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within the continental USA.
  • Some products, such as lithium batteries, may have special shipping requirements due to safety regulations. These will be clearly noted on the product page.

Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on location
  • Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a claim.
